Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Structural Design & Drafting Engineer to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for structural analysis, design calculations, preparation of structural drawings, reinforcement detailing, and coordination with architects, consultants, and project execution teams. The role involves working on commercial, hospitality, residential, and infrastructure projects while ensuring compliance with relevant codes and standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare structural designs and design calculations for RCC and steel structures.
- Develop General Arrangement (GA) drawings, reinforcement detailing, and construction drawings.
- Prepare structural drawings, reinforcement details, and Bar Bending Schedules (BBS).
- Develop RCC and steel structure drawings based on engineering design inputs.
- Coordinate with structural engineers, architects, MEP consultants, and project teams.
- Review and update drawings based on project requirements and site modifications.
- Ensure all drawings comply with applicable design codes, standards, and project specifications.
- Assist in quantity estimation, technical documentation, and project reporting.
- Provide technical support and design clarifications to site execution teams.
- Maintain accurate drawing records, revisions, and project documentation.
Qualifications
- B.Tech or M.Tech in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in structural design and drafting.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and structural design software.
- Strong knowledge of RCC and Steel Structure Design.
- Familiarity with relevant IS Codes and structural design standards.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in commercial, residential, hospitality, or infrastructure projects.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in drafting and design.
- Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
