Manager – Global Finance

About the Role
Tech First Gulf Trading Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled Manager – Global Finance to oversee end‑to‑end financial operations across multiple regions. This role requires strong accounting expertise, hands-on SAP experience, and the ability to manage high‑volume transactions in a fast-paced, inventory-driven environment. The ideal candidate is a qualified CA with strong analytical capabilities and a global operational mindset.
Educational & Professional Requirements
- Chartered Accountant (CA) – Mandatory
- 2–5 years of relevant experience
- Mandatory skills: SAP, Advanced Excel
- Preferred industry: IT Distribution / MNC FMCG
Key Responsibilities
1. Transaction Management
- Supervise accounts payable and receivable
- Process vendor invoices, payments, and collections
- Manage credit notes, debit notes, and multi-level channel adjustments
2. Ledger & Bookkeeping
- Maintain general ledger and sub-ledgers
- Ensure accurate and timely posting of financial transactions
- Conduct periodic ledger scrutiny and cleanup
3. Inventory & Cost Accounting
- Track inventory valuation across multiple product lines
- Reconcile stock with financial records
- Support pricing, margin analysis, and cost tracking
4. Bank & Cash Management
- Perform bank reconciliations
- Monitor cash flow and fund movements
- Manage payment cycles for vendors, distributors, and partners
5. MIS & Reporting
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports
- Analyze sales, margins, and outstanding receivables
- Provide financial insights to management
6. Multi-Level Channel Accounting
- Manage accounting for global branches
- Track incentives, commissions, and scheme payouts
- Reconcile partner accounts regularly
7. Month-End & Year-End Closing
- Assist in monthly and annual book closing
- Prepare schedules for financial statements
- Support internal and external audit requirements
8. Completion of Books & Final Audit
- Ensure accurate completion of books
- Coordinate with auditors for final audit closure
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong accounting fundamentals (journal entries, reconciliations, etc.)
- Experience in high-volume transaction environments
- Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems (SAP mandatory)
- Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
- Understanding of inventory-heavy businesses (preferably IT distribution)
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Noida, Uttar Pradesh (Noida, 201301): Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
