- Perform chemical and nutritional analysis of food samples
- Operate advanced instruments (HPLC, GC, LC-MS, ICP-MS, UV, FTIR)
- Ensure compliance with ISO/IEC 17025, FSSAI standards
- Document results and support audits/regulatory inspections
