About the Role
We are building a high-impact content show featuring top founders and industry leaders, and we’re looking for a Brand Integration Executive to drive meaningful brand collaborations.
This is not a traditional sales role — it’s a high-ownership, high-impact position where you will identify, approach, and build partnerships with relevant brands from scratch.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and shortlist brands aligned with the show
- Research key decision-makers (Marketing Heads, Founders, Brand Managers)
- Initiate outreach via LinkedIn, email, and other channels
- Pitch collaboration ideas and build early-stage relationships
- Coordinate with internal teams for meetings and execution
- Maintain outreach pipeline and track conversations
Research & Outreach Ownership (Important)
- Independently identify target brands based on relevance
- Find and connect with the right stakeholders
- No ready-made database will be provided
- Requires strong problem-solving and execution mindset
Performance Expectations
- Daily outreach and conversation initiation
- Confidence in communicating with senior professionals
- Consistent follow-ups and relationship building
- Ownership of pipeline and progress
Requirements
- 1+ years experience in sales, marketing, brand partnerships, or business development
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with LinkedIn outreach, email communication, and research
- Self-driven, proactive, and resourceful mindset
- Interest in content, branding, or startup ecosystem
- Laptop is mandatory
