Job Description:
- Lead and support sales team to achieve sales targets
- Handle customer enquiries and follow-ups
- Monitor daily showroom sales activities
- Guide team for test drives, bookings, and deliveries
- Maintain customer satisfaction and relationship
- Coordinate with finance, insurance, and CRM team
- Prepare daily sales reports and team performance updates
- Support local marketing and lead generation activities
