Role Overview Develop and execute aesthetic, functional interior environments from concept to completion for residential and commercial projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Management: Oversee design cycles, budgets, and timelines.
- Space Planning: Create floor plans, elevations, and 3D renderings (CAD/BIM).
- Material Selection: Source furniture, lighting, finishes, and textiles.
- Collaboration: Coordinate with architects, contractors, and vendors.
- Client Relations: Translate client briefs into visual presentations and mood boards.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Education: Degree in Interior Design or Architecture.
- Software: Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Technical: Strong knowledge of building codes, ADA requirements, and sustainable practices.
- Soft Skills: High level of creativity, spatial awareness, and communication.
Performance Metrics
- Project delivery within budget and schedule.
- Client satisfaction and design accuracy.
- Efficiency in technical documentation.
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
