Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled CNC Turning Operator to operate and maintain CNC turning/lathe machines for precision manufacturing. The candidate should be able to read engineering drawings, set up machines, inspect finished components, and ensure quality production within timelines.
Key Responsibilities
Operate CNC turning/lathe machines as per production requirements
Read and understand technical drawings and blueprints
Set up tools, fixtures, and workpieces on CNC machines
Monitor machine operations and make necessary adjustments
Inspect finished products using measuring instruments such as vernier calipers, micrometers, and gauges
Maintain quality standards and production targets
Perform routine machine maintenance and cleaning
Follow safety procedures and company guidelines
Report production or machine issues to the supervisor
Requirements
ITI/Diploma in Mechanical or related field
Experience in CNC Turning/CNC Lathe operation preferred
Knowledge of measuring instruments and engineering drawings
Basic understanding of CNC machine programming is an advantage
Good attention to detail and quality control
Ability to work in rotational shifts

1–5 years preferred
Salary
As per industry standards
Pay: ₹8,514.24 - ₹43,892.68 per month
