Job Summary
MIT Vishwashanti Gurukul School, Barshi is looking for a passionate and dedicated Sanskrit Teacher who can create an engaging learning environment and develop students’ language skills in accordance with CBSE guidelines. The candidate should possess strong subject knowledge, effective classroom management skills, and a student-centric teaching approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach Sanskrit subject to students as per CBSE curriculum and school guidelines.
- Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, assignments, and assessments.
- Conduct interactive and activity-based classroom sessions.
- Monitor and evaluate students’ academic performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Maintain discipline and ensure a positive classroom environment.
- Participate in school activities, meetings, events, and parent interactions.
- Maintain academic records and timely submission of reports.
- Encourage students to improve reading, writing, speaking, and grammar skills in Sanskrit.
- Use innovative teaching methods and digital tools for effective learning.
Required Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in Sanskrit or relevant subject.
- B.Ed. is mandatory.
- Master’s Degree in Sanskrit will be preferred.
Experience
- Minimum 1–3 years of teaching experience in CBSE/ICSE/State Board schools preferred.
- Freshers with good subject knowledge and communication skills may also apply.
Skills Required
- Strong command over Sanskrit language and grammar.
- Good communication and classroom management skills.
- Ability to engage students through creative teaching methods.
- Basic computer knowledge and online teaching skills preferred.
