Job Responsibilities
- Counsel students/parents regarding courses and admissions.
- Handle inbound/outbound calls and WhatsApp inquiries.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into admissions.
- Achieve monthly admission/sales targets.
- Maintain lead records in CRM/Excel.
- Coordinate for student enrollment and onboarding.
Candidate Profile
- Experience in Admission Counseling / EdTech Sales / Education Sales / Inside Sales / Telesales preferred.
- Freshers with MBA – Marketing and good communication skills may apply.
- Strong communication, convincing and sales skills.
- Target-oriented and comfortable with calling/follow-ups.
