We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Lead with strong expertise in managing Salesforce projects, leading teams, and handling client communication. The ideal candidate will act as a key point of contact between the client and the delivery team, ensuring smooth project execution and timely delivery.
Exp Required
5+ years of experience in Salesforce ecosystem
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end-to-end Salesforce project delivery
- Coordinate with development, QA, and functional teams to ensure smooth execution
- Track daily project progress and ensure timely status updates from the team
- Act as a single point of contact for client managers and stakeholders
- Conduct regular client calls, status updates, and requirement discussions
- Manage and mentor the internal team to ensure productivity and quality delivery
- Ensure alignment between client expectations and project deliverables
- Identify risks, dependencies, and proactively provide solutions
- Support in requirement gathering, planning, and prioritization of tasks
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction
Skills Required
- Strong experience in Salesforce (Sales Cloud / Service Cloud preferred)
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce is required
- Proven experience in project or delivery management
- Excellent client handling and communication skills
- Team management and leadership capabilities
- Strong understanding of Agile project methodologies
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple stakeholders
Pay: ₹488,663.95 - ₹1,019,598.19 per year
