**Fixed Salary:** ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month + Travel Allowances + High-Yield Project Incentives

We source state-of-the-art materials (including sustainable acoustic boards, PET panels, and specialized MLVs) to deliver world-class sound isolation and treatment.
As we scale to the next level, we are looking for a hungry, self-driven **Business Development Executive** to own the B2B/B2C pipeline, build networks, and turn high-value inbound leads into successful project closures.
### Key Responsibilities
* **Lead Conversion:** Actively follow up, pitch, and nurture high-value inbound leads generated through our digital marketing campaigns (including corporate offices, schools, and auditoriums).
* **B2B Networking:** Build and maintain active relationships with Architects, Interior Designers, General Contractors, and Audio-Visual (AV) Integrators to plug Dhwanik into upcoming projects.
* **Site Surveys & Client Consulting:** Coordinate and conduct on-site visits to understand acoustic requirements, present product catalogs, and explain solutions to clients.
* **Coordination & Sourcing:** Work closely with the founder and our manufacturing/import partners to arrange samples, finalize quotes, and track project timelines.
### Who You Are (Requirements)
* **Industry Experience:** Minimum 1 year of field sales experience in architectural products, commercial furniture, premium lighting, glass partitions, flooring, or modular fittings. *(Experience with acoustics is a plus, but not mandatory—we will train you).*
* **Excellent Communicator:** Confident, persuasive, and capable of presenting to senior corporate clients, school directors, and premium residential owners.
* **Locally Mobile:** Must own a two-wheeler and be willing to travel within Delhi-NCR for site visits and client meetings.
* **Tech Savvy:** Comfortable tracking leads on WhatsApp/CRM and generating basic reports.
