Role & responsibilities
We are looking for a dynamic Design Intern who is proficient in graphic design, comfortable with video editing, and enthusiastic about leveraging AI tools to speed up and elevate the creative process.
In this role, you won't just be pushing pixels you'll be experimenting with the future of design and helping us create engaging visual content across digital platforms.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Graphic Design: Create visually stunning assets for social media (Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.), website banners, email newsletters, and marketing presentations.
- Video Creation & Editing: Edit short-form video content and basic promotional videos, ensuring high-quality transitions, audio syncing, and pacing.
- AI-Assisted Design: Utilize AI tools to generate concepts, mockups, or speed up workflows.
- Brand Consistency: Maintain and uphold our brand's visual identity, tone, and guidelines across all deliverables.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and content teams to brainstorm creative concepts and turn ideas into high-impact visuals.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graphic Design: Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator, with a solid understanding of layout, typography, and color theory.
- Video Editing: Hands-on experience with any major video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro).
- AI Tools: Familiarity or a strong interest in using AI design and generation tools (e.g., Midjourney, DALL-E, Adobe Firefly, Canva AI, or ChatGPT for creative prompting).
- Portfolio (Mandatory): A live link (Behance, Dribbble, Google Drive, etc.) showcasing your best graphic design and/or video editing work.
- Mindset & Work Ethic: Quick learner, highly adaptive to new creative technologies, and capable of managing time effectively to meet deadlines.
