Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated Shift Engineer – Production to supervise production activities during assigned shifts, ensure smooth plant operations, maintain product quality, and achieve daily production targets while following safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise production activities during the assigned shift.
- Ensure production targets are achieved as per the production plan.
- Monitor machine performance and coordinate with the maintenance team for breakdowns.
- Maintain product quality as per company standards.
- Ensure proper utilization of manpower, machines, and raw materials.
- Prepare and maintain daily production reports and shift handover records.
- Implement and monitor safety procedures and housekeeping (5S).
- Minimize downtime, wastage, and production losses.
- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Warehouse, and other departments.
- Train and guide production operators and technicians.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Requirements
- Qualification: Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. in Mechanical, Production, Industrial, Electrical, or related Engineering.

- Experience: 0–5 years in a manufacturing/production environment.
- Knowledge of production processes and machine operations.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
