Job Summary
Hotel Atishay is looking for a professional, energetic, and customer-focused Front Office Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality, and experience in handling guest services, check-ins, check-outs, and front desk operations.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist guests in a courteous and professional manner.
Handle guest check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
Manage room reservations, cancellations, and modifications.
Answer phone calls, emails, and guest inquiries promptly.
Maintain guest records and ensure accurate data entry.
Coordinate with Housekeeping, F&B, and other departments to ensure smooth guest service.
Handle guest complaints and provide timely resolutions.
Process payments, invoices, and billing accurately.
Maintain the reception area and ensure a positive first impression of the hotel.
Follow hotel policies, SOPs, and service standards.
Prepare daily reports and update management as required.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Essential Requirements
Graduate in any discipline (Hotel Management preferred).
Minimum 6 months to 3 years of experience in Front Office operations.
Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with hotel software/MS Office.
Pleasant personality with a customer-service attitude.
Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Preferred Skills
Knowledge of hotel PMS software.
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
Professional grooming and presentation.
Ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure.
