Core Responsibilities1. Room Cleaning & Turn-down Service
- Execute thorough daily cleaning of assigned guest rooms (bed-making, dusting, and vacuuming).
- Deep clean bathrooms, including sanitizing fixtures, polishing mirrors, and replenishing luxury toiletries and fresh towels.
- Provide evening turn-down services, preparing rooms for sleep, restocking water, and managing guest requests.
2. Inventory & Supply Management
- Stock and organize your housekeeping cart prior to your shift with essential cleaning supplies, linens, and amenities.
- Manage minibar stocks—checking expiration dates, replenishing beverages/snacks, and logging consumption.
3. Guest Relations & Service
- Welcome guests warmly in the corridors and anticipate their needs (e.g., providing extra pillows, ironing boards, or local directions).
- Manage special requests and ensure prompt resolution of complaints to uphold 5-star brand standards.
4. Safety & Security
- Maintain confidentiality of guest information and strictly adhere to "Do Not Disturb" (DND) or privacy protocols.
- Identify and report any maintenance issues (e.g., faulty lightbulbs, leaking faucets) to the Engineering department.
- Follow all lost-and-found policies and handle departmental master keys securely
