- Handle all cash transactions of the company (receipt & payment).
- Maintain daily cash book and ensure accuracy of records.
- Monitor and manage cash balance on a daily basis.
- Prepare and share daily cash reports with management.
- Ensure timely deposit of cash in bank.
- Verify and maintain all cash-related supporting documents.
- Coordinate with accounts team for payment and receipt entries.
- Ensure proper documentation for all cash transactions.
- Handle petty cash expenses and maintain records.
- Assist in payment processing as required.
- Complete and submit bank-related forms and documentation on time.
- Maintain proper filing of all financial records and documents.
- Record all cash entries in Tally, attach supporting documents, generate vouchers, and obtain director’s signature on the same.
- Ensure timely payment of all director-related policies (such as health insurance, etc.); track policy details, identify the correct contact person, and if required, search online to obtain information and complete payments so that no policy dues remain pending.
- Monitor and ensure timely payment of all directors’ LIC policies, and maintain continuous follow-up with the respective agent to avoid any delays.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
