We are looking for a highly skilled Accounts Manager with 8–10 years of hands-on experience in accounting, financial reporting, and compliance. The ideal candidate must have strong expertise in Tally ERP/Tally Prime, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to independently manage the full spectrum of accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounts department.
- Handle end-to-end accounting including ledgers, journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statements.
- Ensure accurate and timely GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance.
- Prepare and review P&L statements, balance sheets, MIS reports, and cash-flow statements.
- Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities.
- Maintain proper documentation for audits and coordinate with external auditors.
- Manage accounts receivable/payable, vendor payments, and bank reconciliations.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of data entered in Tally ERP/Tally Prime.
- Monitor internal controls and implement process improvements.
- Support management with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to streamline accounting processes.
- Supervise junior accounting staff if required.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Accounting, Commerce, Finance, or related field.
- 10 years of proven experience in accounting and financial management.
- Expert-level proficiency in Tally ERP/Tally Prime is mandatory.
- Knowledge of Stock accounting for Inward , Outward & Closing account in Tally.
- Candidates from Dealer / Distributor / Trading house will be preferred.
- Well versed in GST & TDS.Knowledge of Deduction, Submission & Return.
- Excellent understanding of financial reporting and accounting principles.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Proficient in MS Excel (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, MIS reporting).
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and team-management skills.

- Knowledge of additional accounting or ERP software is a plus.
- Prior experience handling audits and process automation.
