Job Summary:
AYV Bafna Motors is seeking an experienced and customer-focused Service Advisor to manage vehicle service operations, ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, and act as a bridge between customers and the workshop team. The role requires excellent communication skills, technical understanding of vehicles, and the ability to meet service targets efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome customers and understand their vehicle service requirements
- Open job cards and explain service procedures, timelines, and costs
- Advise customers on maintenance, repairs, and recommended service schedules
- Coordinate with technicians and workshop team to ensure timely and quality service
- Keep customers informed about job status and additional work approvals
- Ensure proper delivery of vehicles post-service, maintaining high customer satisfaction
- Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure quick resolution
- Promote value-added services, AMC plans, and accessories
- Achieve service revenue targets and maintain customer satisfaction scores
- Maintain accurate service records, reports, and documentation
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Diploma or Graduate (Automobile preferred; other disciplines acceptable)
- 1–3 years of experience as a Service Advisor (dealership experience preferred)
- Strong communication and customer-handling skills
- Basic computer literacy; familiarity with DMS/CRM systems
- Technical understanding of vehicles, service processes, and repair operations
- Ability to work under pressure and meet service and revenue targets

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
