Ltd. is a Fire & Personal Safety consultancy, authorised distributor (3M, Honeywell, KARAM, Dräger, Henkel Loctite), and system integrator undertaking turnkey fire fighting installation projects across industrial, commercial, and residential sites in Telangana and Andhra Pradesh.
Role Purpose
The Project Coordination Manager will be the single point of contact from the office for all ongoing fire fighting projects — industrial as well as commercial/residential — ensuring smooth day-to-day execution by coordinating between site engineers, material supply/procurement, billing, and the customer, so that projects run on schedule without communication gaps.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the single point coordinator from the office for all live fire fighting projects (industrial, commercial, and residential).
- Collect and consolidate daily progress reports from site engineers across all project locations; flag delays or issues to management promptly.
- Coordinate material requirements between site engineers, stores, and the procurement/purchase team to ensure timely availability and avoid site downtime.
- Track material dispatch, delivery schedules, and pending indents; follow up with suppliers and internal stores as needed.
- Coordinate billing and invoicing for projects — track running account (RA) bills, client certifications/approvals, and payment follow-ups in coordination with the accounts team.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers on day-to-day project matters, resolving queries and escalations promptly, or routing them to the right internal stakeholder.
- Maintain an updated project-wise tracker (schedule, material status, billing status, open issues) and share regular status updates with management.
- Coordinate between design/engineering, execution, and commercial teams to resolve on-ground issues raised by site engineers or clients.
- Support project handover, documentation, and closure formalities including completion certificates and client sign-offs.
- Identify recurring bottlenecks across projects (material delays, billing disputes, site issues) and recommend process improvements.
Candidate Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Fire & Safety, or related) preferred; or equivalent hands-on experience in fire fighting project execution.
- 8–10 years of experience in fire fighting, MEP, or turnkey project execution/coordination, with exposure to both industrial and commercial/residential projects.
- Prior experience coordinating between site teams, procurement, billing, and clients — project coordinator, site-to-office liaison, or similar role.
- Working knowledge of project billing processes (RA bills, client certifications) and material/procurement coordination.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to track multiple projects simultaneously and follow up proactively.
- Excellent communication skills — comfortable coordinating with site engineers, vendors, and customers on a daily basis.
- Proficiency in MS Excel/Office; familiarity with ERP or project tracking tools such as Zoho/ ProjectBase is an advantage.
- Based in, or willing to relocate to, Hyderabad.
- Fluency in Telugu, along with English and/or Hindi.
