Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and reliable Telecaller / Customer Follow-up Executive to handle incoming leads and manage client communication for our growing rent agreement service business.
Your main responsibility will be to connect with potential customers who have already shown interest, guide them through the process, and convert them into confirmed bookings.
Responsibilities:
- Call leads who have shown interest in our services
- Follow up with clients who have read messages but haven’t responded
- Explain our rent agreement process clearly to customers
- Collect required details from customers for booking
- Maintain proper follow-up until conversion
- Update lead status and notes regularly
Requirements:
- Good communication skills (Hindi + basic English)
- Comfortable talking to customers over phone
- Ability to handle objections and convince clients
- Basic understanding of customer service
- Experience in telecalling / sales is a plus
- Must be consistent and disciplined

Remote work
- Salary: Fixed - ₹18000 - ₹20000 (Plus Incentive)
