Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Collection Officer to manage EMI collections, recovery activities, and customer relationship handling. The candidate will be responsible for timely collection of overdue payments, reducing delinquency, and supporting business growth through customer coordination and sales support.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, field collection experience, and the ability to handle customers professionally.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect EMI payments from customers through field visits, calls, and follow-ups.
- Handle overdue accounts and recovery cases efficiently.
- Maintain daily collection reports and recovery records.
- Negotiate repayment plans with customers when required.
- Visit customer locations for payment recovery and verification.
- Ensure achievement of monthly collection and recovery targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams for account updates and dispute resolution.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
- Support sales activities by identifying potential customer leads.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal guidelines during collections.
Requirements
- Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
- Freshers are Eligible.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in field operations and meet targets.
- Valid two-wheeler license preferred.
- Local area knowledge is an advantage.
