As we continue to grow, we are setting up a Remote Care Coordination Hub in India to support our UK operations in rostering, scheduling, compliance, and care monitoring. We are looking for an experienced Care Coordinator to join our remote team in Bengaluru (or nearby regions).
This role offers a chance to be part of an international healthcare group, with the possibility of travel to the UK for training and on-site collaboration.
Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Care Coordination Associate to support care coordination for our UK operations. This role involves managing care plans, handling communication with clients and carers, and responding to care alerts through digital platforms. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical abilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with UK-based stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
Care Plan Management
- Create and update care plans based on inputs from the UK clinical or operational team.
- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely updates of care documentation.
- Review care needs assessments and translate them into actionable care plans.
Client & Carer Communication
- Attend and manage inbound/outbound calls with clients and carers professionally.
- Address queries, clarify care instructions, and escalate concerns where necessary.
- Maintain a high standard of empathy and service quality during all interactions.
Care Alert Handling
- Monitor and respond promptly to care alerts received via the care portal.
- Analyse alerts to identify urgency and take appropriate action or escalate.
- Document and track resolutions to ensure continuity of care.
Operational Support
- Liaise with the UK team for clarifications and updates.
- Maintain accurate records in internal systems and care platforms.
- Contribute to process improvements by identifying recurring patterns or issues.

Key Requirements
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred in healthcare, life sciences, or related field).
- 1–3 years of experience in healthcare operations or customer-facing roles.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
- Ability to understand UK accent and communicate effectively.
- Strong listening skills with attention to detail and empathy.
Technical & Behavioural Skills
- Familiarity with healthcare systems or CRM tools is an advantage.
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong sense of accountability and responsiveness.
Preferred Attributes
- Experience supporting UK-based clients or healthcare processes.
- Comfort working in shifts aligned with UK timings and night shifts.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
