Key Responsibilities
- Consultative Engagement: Approach all sales conversations with a polite, calm, and highly respectful demeanor. Avoid high-pressure sales tactics in favor of relationship building and education.
- Client Acquisition & Management: Identify and connect with potential clients within the Ahmedabad market, guiding them patiently through the sales cycle from initial inquiry to final closing.
- Needs Assessment: Listen deeply to client needs and concerns without interruption or urgency, providing tailored solutions that align with their best interests.
- Product/Project Expertise: Develop a thorough understanding of the project details to answer questions accurately, transparently, and confidently.
- Ethical Negotiation: Handle objections and negotiations with grace, maintaining the integrity and reputation of the project and the associated community.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up to date records of all client interactions, feedback, and sales pipelines in the CRM system.
- Local Networking: Represent the project at local meetings or community gatherings and always embody the core values of patience and politeness.
Required Qualifications & Competencies
Experience & Hard Skills:
- Minimum of 0-5 years of experience in sales, business development, or client relations.
- Proven track record of meeting targets through consultative selling.
- Strong understanding of the market and demographics.
- Linguistic Proficiency: Hindi and English.

- Exceptional Patience: Ability to handle long decision making processes and repetitive questions without showing frustration.
