Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Telecaller to join our Loan and Banking Department. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, assisting customers with loan inquiries, and providing accurate information about banking products and services.
Key Responsibilities :
- Make outbound calls to potential customers regarding loan and banking products.
- Handle inbound queries and provide clear, professional responses.
- Explain loan eligibility, documentation requirements, and application processes.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Follow up with customers to ensure completion of loan applications.
- Achieve daily/weekly call and conversion targets.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships
Requirements :
- Minimum qualification: Graduate or equivalent.
- Prior experience in tele calling, customer service, or banking preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to explain financial products clearly and confidently.
- Basic knowledge of loans, credit, and banking processes.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Pay: Up to ₹15,000.00 per month
