Assistant Manager – QC Department

Position Summary
We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Assistant Manager for the Quality Control (QC) Department. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining quality standards, supervising QC activities, and ensuring compliance with company and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor daily quality control activities in the department
- Ensure testing and inspection of raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products
- Maintain QC records, reports, and documentation
- Coordinate with production and other departments for quality-related issues
- Ensure compliance with GMP, SOPs, and company quality standards
- Handle deviations, investigations, and corrective actions
- Support internal and external audits
- Train and guide QC staff and technicians
Required Qualifications
- 5–10 years of experience in Quality Control in pharmaceutical/biomedical industry
- Knowledge of QC instruments and laboratory practices
- Good communication and team management skills
