About the Role
Prakash Crockery Store is looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Store Executive to manage day-to-day retail store operations. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in retail sales and excellent customer handling skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend to walk-in customers and assist them in product selection.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain product displays and ensure the store is clean and well-organized.
- Manage billing and cash handling (if required).
- Handle customer queries and resolve complaints professionally.
- Maintain inventory records and assist in stock management.
- Coordinate with the store team for smooth daily operations.
- Ensure excellent customer service and a positive shopping experience.
Eligibility
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales (mandatory).
- Experience in a crockery, home décor, kitchenware, gift, or similar retail store will be preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of billing and inventory management.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass (Graduate preferred).
