We are looking for an experienced AGM/DGM – CMAS & SCADA to lead centralised performance analytics, CMAS governance, and SCADA reliability across Solar & Wind assets.
Strategic and techno-functional leadership role, with CMAS as the core focus, responsible for driving data-driven performance optimisation, digital monitoring frameworks, and portfolio-level insights.
The role will ensure high data integrity, system reliability, and actionable intelligence to maximise generation and minimise losses across the renewable portfolio
Main Job Responsibilities are:
- CMAS Strategy, Governance & Performance Leadership (Primary Focus)
- Digital Reporting, Analytics & Automation
- SCADA Reliability & Integration Oversight (Supporting Focus)
- Alarm Management, Operational Excellence & Decision Support
- Stakeholder Management & Compliance
Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical / Instrumentation / Engineering (Master’s preferred).
- 15–18 years of experience in Renewable Energy (Solar/Wind).
- Strong expertise in CMAS platforms, performance analytics, and data governance (must-have).
- Proven experience in managing SCADA systems, integrations, and communication protocols.
- Demonstrated leadership in portfolio performance optimisation and digital transformation initiatives.
- Strong stakeholder management and team leadership capabilities.
