We are looking for a forward-thinking, data-driven Digital Marketing Executive to join our growth team. This isn't your average digital marketing role. While you will manage traditional channels like Google and Meta Ads, you will also be at the forefront of the new era of search.

You don't just optimize for Google search links; you optimize for GEO (Generative Engine Optimization), ensuring our brand is the top recommendation when users ask ChatGPT, Google Gemini, Perplexity, and Claude. Key Responsibilities1. Next-Gen SEO & GEO (Generative Engine Optimization)
- Execute traditional on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies to maintain and improve organic keyword rankings.
- Optimize website content and brand footprint for AI Search Engines / LLMs (ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity) using advanced GEO strategies.
- Implement structured data, schema markup, and conversational keyword optimization to ensure brand visibility in AI-generated answers and search summaries.
2. Paid Ads & Lead Generation
- Plan, set up, and optimize high-converting Google Ads (Search, Performance Max, Display) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns.
- Focus heavily on end-to-end Lead Generation, building out optimized landing pages, lead magnets, and conversion funnels.
- Conduct continuous A/B testing on ad creatives, copy, and audience targeting to lower Cost Per Lead (CPL) and maximize ROI.
3. Website Content Management
- Act as the gatekeeper of the company website, managing updates via CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Webflow, HubSpot).
- Collaborate with design and copy teams to publish engaging blogs, landing pages, and product updates that align with both human user intent and AI scraper preferences.
- Monitor website health, fix broken links, and optimize site speed and mobile responsiveness.
4. Social Media Management
- Develop and execute a cohesive social media calendar across key platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter/X, YouTube).
- Create, curate, and schedule highly engaging content that builds community, drives organic reach, and supports lead-gen campaigns.
5. Analytics & Reporting
- Track and analyze website traffic, ad performance, and lead quality using tools like Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Search Console, and CRM platforms.
- Provide data-backed, weekly/monthly reports with actionable insights to improve overall marketing efficiency.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: 2+ years of proven experience in digital marketing, with a heavy emphasis on SEO and paid acquisition.
- The "New Age" Edge: Clear understanding of how AI is changing search, with practical ideas or experience in GEO / LLM optimization.
- Ad Platforms: Deep hands-on experience with Google Ads Manager and Meta Business Suite.
- CMS Proficiency: Strong comfort level working inside WordPress (or equivalent CMS). Basic HTML/CSS knowledge is a major plus.
- Tools of the Trade: Proficiency with GA4, Google Search Console, and SEO tools (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog). Experience with AI prompting tools for content workflows is highly valued.
- Mindset: A strong analytical mindset balanced with creative copywriting skills. You know how to read the data to tell a better story.
