Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the end-to-end development and enhancement of customer-facing digital products in the retail domain. The ideal candidate will own the product roadmap, drive feature delivery, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to create seamless customer experiences. This role requires strong product management expertise, technology understanding, stakeholder management skills, and the ability to translate business and customer needs into scalable digital solutions.
Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Product Strategy & Roadmap

Define and maintain the product roadmap aligned with business objectives and customer requirements.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and trend assessment to identify growth opportunities.
- Prioritize features and initiatives based on impact, effort, cost, and expected business value.
- Drive strategic product decisions to support long-term business goals.
2. Product Lifecycle Management

Own the complete product lifecycle from discovery and requirement gathering to design, development, testing, launch, and continuous improvement.
- Prepare Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Ensure timely execution of releases while maintaining quality standards.
- Coordinate release plans and monitor overall product delivery.
3. Customer Experience & Journey Optimization

Analyze customer journeys and identify opportunities for experience enhancement.
- Partner with UX/UI teams to design intuitive and customer-centric workflows.
- Develop features that improve engagement, trust, and overall user satisfaction.
- Continuously optimize customer interactions across digital touchpoints.
4. Technical Collaboration & Delivery Excellence

Collaborate with engineering teams to drive integrations across enterprise systems and platforms.
- Ensure APIs and system interfaces are scalable, reliable, and aligned with architectural standards.
- Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release management activities.
- Promote Agile practices and delivery excellence across teams.
5. Vendor & Partner Management

Evaluate, onboard, and manage external technology vendors and solution providers.
- Monitor vendor deliverables, service quality, timelines, and contractual commitments.
- Manage escalations and ensure accountability for successful project execution.
- Drive continuous improvement and effective collaboration with partners.
6. Feature Development & Adoption

Define feature objectives, KPIs, and success metrics.
- Work closely with operations and business teams to ensure successful feature adoption.
- Develop processes and enablement plans for effective implementation.
- Ensure new capabilities are integrated into customer-facing workflows.
7. Stakeholder Management & Communication

Provide regular updates on roadmap progress, risks, dependencies, and key decisions.
- Collaborate with business, operations, finance, marketing, and technology teams.
- Present product updates and performance insights to leadership.
- Build alignment among stakeholders to ensure successful product execution.
8. Product Performance & Continuous Improvement

Define ROI and success metrics for product initiatives.
- Monitor post-launch performance and customer feedback.
- Identify opportunities to improve engagement, conversion, and revenue outcomes.
- Drive iterative enhancements based on data and user insights.
9. Training & Enablement

Partner with internal teams to support product adoption and knowledge sharing.
- Contribute to training materials, user guides, and demonstration assets.
- Support operational teams in resolving adoption challenges.
- Monitor feature utilization and provide recommendations for improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline.
- 8–10 years of experience in Product Management, preferably in retail, e-commerce, or mobile applications.
- Strong understanding of product development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.
- Experience with APIs, system integrations, and digital platforms.
- Expertise in Product Requirement Documentation (PRD), user stories, and backlog management.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and external vendors.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to translate customer requirements into scalable product solutions.
