We are hiring motivated Sales Engineers / Sales Executives to expand our business in various cities.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities in assigned territory
- Promote and sell Water Treatment Plants, AMC services, and spare parts
- Conduct site visits and meet industrial clients
- Understand customer requirements and coordinate with technical team for proposals
- Prepare and submit techno-commercial offers
- Negotiate and close orders
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain client relationships and follow up on payments
- Provide market feedback and competitor updates
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma / Any Graduate (Technical background preferred)
- 0.5–5 years of experience in Water Treatment / Industrial Equipment Sales
- Basic technical knowledge of RO, STP, ETP or related systems preferred
- 0.5–5 years of field sales experience (Industrial sales preferred)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
Skills Required
- Target-oriented and self-motivated
- Good presentation skills
- Willingness to travel within assigned city/region
- Knowledge of MS Office
