Avaada Foundation is looking for a passionate and detail-oriented CSR Documentation professional to strengthen project reporting, documentation, and compliance for its social impact initiatives. This role will work closely with field teams, implementation partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure accurate documentation and timely reporting of CSR projects.
Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation for CSR projects across multiple locations.
Develop monthly, quarterly, and annual CSR reports for management and statutory compliance.
Draft project proposals, concept notes, case studies, impact stories, and beneficiary success stories.
Maintain project-wise documentation, including MoUs, approvals, utilization certificates, invoices, beneficiary records, and compliance files.
Coordinate with field teams to collect activity reports, photographs, attendance sheets, and beneficiary data.
Prepare presentations, dashboards, and MIS reports for leadership and CSR Committee reviews.
Maintain a centralized digital repository of all CSR documents.
Follow up with implementation partners to ensure timely submission of reports and supporting documents.
Assist during audits and ensure documentation is readily available for verification.
MSW or equivalent qualification in Social Work/Development Studies is mandatory.
7–10 years of experience in CSR, NGO, Foundation, or Development Sector documentation.
Excellent report writing and documentation skills in English.
Strong knowledge of CSR reporting and documentation practices.
Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and PowerPoint.
Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills.
High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience working with corporate foundations or NGOs.
Exposure to CSR projects in education, healthcare, livelihood, environment, women empowerment, or community development.
