A Floor In-Charge oversees daily operations on a business or factory floor. Core duties include supervising and training staff, monitoring performance, resolving customer complaints, and managing inventory. They enforce health, safety, and quality standards to ensure efficient and profitable operations
- Staff Management: Direct, train, and schedule floor employees while monitoring their daily performance.
- Operations: Maintain workflow, assign tasks, and ensure the facility stays clean, organized, and compliant with safety codes.
- Customer Service: Greet clients, address escalated complaints, and ensure exemplary service standards are met.
- Inventory Control: Track stock levels, oversee product displays or material usage, and manage the replenishment process
- Leadership & Communication: Ability to motivate teams, delegate duties effectively, and communicate clearly under pressure.
- Problem-Solving: Quick decision-making to handle emergencies, resolve staff conflicts, and correct operational bottlenecks.
- Multitasking: Managing various moving parts of the floor simultaneously, from guest requests to administrative duties.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per hour
