About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and energetic Domestic Operation Executive to join our travel operations team. The candidate should have good communication skills and basic knowledge of the travel industry, especially B2B travel operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle domestic travel bookings and operations.
- Coordinate with B2B agents and vendors.
- Provide travel packages, quotations, and itinerary support.
- Manage hotel, flight, transport, and other travel-related bookings.
- Resolve customer and agent queries professionally.
- Maintain booking records and operational reports.
- Ensure smooth coordination with clients and internal teams.
Requirements
- 0–2 years of experience in travel operations or travel consulting.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of the travel industry.
- Understanding of B2B travel operations is preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of MS Excel and email communication.
