About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and motivated .NET Developer to join our development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining web and desktop applications using Microsoft .NET technologies. The candidate should have strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and maintain applications using C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core, and MVC architecture.
- Design and implement RESTful APIs and Web Services.
- Write clean, scalable, and efficient code following coding standards.
- Collaborate with Project Managers, Business Analysts, and QA teams to understand project requirements.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software applications.
- Optimize application performance and ensure security best practices.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
- Work with databases for designing, querying, and optimization.
- Prepare technical documentation for developed applications.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends.
Required Skills & QualificationsTechnical Skills
- Strong knowledge of C#, ASP.NET, ASP.NET MVC, and .NET Core/.NET 6+.
- Experience with Entity Framework and LINQ.
- Proficiency in SQL Server, Stored Procedures, Triggers, and Database Design.
- Experience in developing and consuming REST APIs.
- Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, AJAX, and Bootstrap.
- Familiarity with Git/GitHub/Azure DevOps for version control.
- Understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC).
- Knowledge of authentication and authorization mechanisms.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Microservices Architecture.
- Knowledge of Azure Cloud Services.
- Experience with Docker and CI/CD pipelines.
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology.
