We are seeking an experienced HR Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate should have min Internship experience to 2 years of proven experience into HR Recruitment. A strong understanding of hiring processes and exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualities required:
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
* Proven ability to effectively source and screen candidates using a variety of methods.
* Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to multitask, prioritize workload and meet tight deadlines.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
