Job Description
Siddhachal Hospitals is looking for a dedicated and skilled OT Staff Nurse to join our Operation Theatre team. The candidate will be responsible for assisting surgeons and doctors during surgical procedures while ensuring patient safety and maintaining OT protocols.
Responsibilities
- Prepare the Operation Theatre before surgeries.
- Assist surgeons, anesthetists, and OT doctors during procedures.
- Maintain sterile techniques and infection control standards.
- Handle and manage surgical instruments and equipment.
- Monitor patient condition before, during, and after surgery.
- Maintain OT records and documentation.
- Ensure proper cleaning and sterilization of instruments.
- Coordinate with nursing and medical teams for smooth OT operations.
Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
