Your Responsibilities

Coordinate engineers and technicians across mechanical design, thermodynamics, and calculations

Lead engineering activities ensuring quality, on-time delivery, and budget compliance

Monitor and report engineering KPIs (schedule, budget, post-design freeze changes)

Prepare, review, and validate technical deliverables (reports, calculation notes, drawings)

Lead and facilitate design reviews

Manage technical interfaces with:

internal disciplines

clients
-
suppliers and manufacturing sites

erection/site teams
-
Support manufacturing and site activities (clarifications, deviations, non-conformances)

Contribute to continuous improvement through lessons learned (feedback)

Ensure nuclear safety requirements are identified and properly monitored

Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and lifecycle considerations

Plan and secure ITNS gate reviews

Apply EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) standards
Your Profile
Education
-
B.E/ Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
Experience
-
Minimum 5 years in engineering design (energy, oil & gas, aerospace, or special machinery)
Your Skills

Strong mechanical design and calculation fundamentals

Knowledge of manufacturing processes and non-destructive testing
-
Ability to manage complex technical interfaces

Strong interpersonal and leadership skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce clear, structured, and high-quality technical documentation

High level of autonomy and decision-making capability

Structured, rigorous, and results-oriented
