- Partner Acquisition: Recruit new distributors, wholesalers, and retail channel partners to expand the brand’s geographic footprint. [1, 2, 3]
- Relationship Management: Maintain productive, long-term relationships with existing channel partners. [1, 2]
- Sales & Target Achievement: Ensure monthly, quarterly, and annual sales volume and revenue targets are met or exceeded within your assigned region. [1, 2]
- Partner Enablement: Train partner sales teams on product knowledge (fabric, fit, sizing, and style features) so they can confidently sell to end-consumers. [1, 2]
- Inventory & Scheme Execution: Monitor stock levels with partners, execute sales and promotional schemes, and handle retail visibility/branding. [1, 2]
- Market Intelligence: Keep a close eye on competitor activity, market pricing, and new innerwear trends.
- Industry Experience: 3 to 10+ years of proven sales experience specifically within the innerwear, hosiery, or apparel sector.
- Active Network: An existing network of active distributors and garment retailers in the region is highly desired.
- Negotiation Skills: Strong business communication and contract negotiation skills.
- Mobility: Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory to visit trade partners.
