JOB OVERVIEW
- Department: Business Development & Sales
- Location: Field-Based / Remote (Requires traveling locally each day to meet clients) KOCHI,KOZHIKODE,TRIVANDRUM.
- Job Type: Full-Time
- Work Schedule: Monday to Friday (Saturdays and Sundays are fixed days off)
- Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month (Based on your skills) + Monthly Cash Incentives for hitting sales goals

YOUR MAIN GOAL
As a Field Sales Executive, your main job is to grow our customer base. You will spend your time out in the field finding new businesses, meeting their owners or managers face-to-face, showing them how our software works, and convincing them to buy it.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Find New Customers: Travel around your assigned territory to locate and approach businesses that need our software.
- Give Product Demos: Meet clients in person to give clear, exciting demonstrations of our software and how it will save them time or money.
- Close Sales Deals: Follow up on sales leads, handle any doubts or objections the customer has, negotiate prices, and successfully close the sale.
- Build Great Relationships: Stay in touch with your clients to ensure they are happy with our product and remain long-term customers.
- Keep Track of Your Work: Use our simple computer/phone app (CRM) to write down your daily sales progress, follow-ups, and customer notes.
- Hit Sales Targets: Work hard to consistently reach your monthly and quarterly sales numbers.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Note: You only need a basic, entry-level understanding of these skills, but you must have a high energy level and a strong willingness to learn.
Required Qualifications (Must-Haves)
- 0 to 3 years of experience in field sales, retail sales, or business development (Freshers with a great attitude are highly welcome!).
- Excellent speaking, presentation, and people skills.
- The confidence to negotiate and handle customer rejections smoothly.
- Basic computer skills, including comfort with MS Excel or Google Sheets.
- You must own a two-wheeler (scooter/bike) and have a valid driving license (This is strictly required for daily travel to client locations).
Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Haves / Bonus)
- Past experience selling software or subscription-based products.
- Basic familiarity with sales tracking apps like HubSpot, Zoho CRM, or Salesforce.
- Experience using AI tools (like ChatGPT) to research businesses and prepare for meetings.
