- Lead efforts to optimize automation pipelines to improve deployment efficiency and reduce manual intervention.

- Coordinate cross-functional activities to align platform engineering goals with broader organizational objectives.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development.
- Strong knowledge of software architecture principles and design patterns.
- Experience with performance tuning and scalability considerations in software development.
- Ability to lead code reviews and enforce best practices for maintainable and efficient code.
- Familiarity with version control systems and continuous integration pipelines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering practical and innovative solutions.
