Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Career Counsellor to guide students in making informed academic and career decisions. The candidate will be responsible for providing university admissions guidance, career planning support, and mentorship to students, helping them identify suitable higher education pathways both in India and abroad.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one career counselling sessions to students.
- Guide students on university selection, admissions processes, and application requirements.
- Assist students with career assessments, subject selection, and academic planning.
- Support students in preparing university applications, Statements of Purpose (SOPs), resumes, and interview preparation.
- Conduct workshops and seminars on career exploration, higher education opportunities, and emerging career trends.
- Maintain updated knowledge of Indian and international university admission requirements.
- Build and maintain relationships with universities, educational consultants, and industry professionals.
- Collaborate with parents, teachers, and school leadership to support student success.
- Track student applications and maintain accurate counselling records.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in career counselling, university admissions, or student guidance.
- Strong understanding of Indian and international university admission processes.
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
- Strong presentation, interpersonal, and counselling skills.
- Ability to build rapport with students, parents, and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in MS Office and online counselling tools.
Preferred Skills
- Experience working in schools following CBSE, ICSE, IB, IGCSE, or the Cambridge curriculum.
- Knowledge of overseas admissions (UK, USA, Canada, Australia, Europe, etc.).
- Certification in Career Counselling or Guidance Counselling will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
