Role Summary
We are seeking an execution-focused Associate Manager – Housekeeping to support on-ground operations, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, process compliance, and efficient team management across properties.
Key Responsibilities & Outcomes
● Operations & Standards
○ Ensure adherence to cleanliness standards, SOPs, and consistent service delivery
● Planning & Scheduling
○ Prepare rosters, checklists, and task allocation based on property needs
● Audit & Quality Control
○ Conduct audits, identify gaps, and drive corrective actions to meet quality benchmarks
● Customer Experience
○ Resolve complaints effectively and maintain high customer satisfaction (CSAT 4+)
● Team Management & Training
○ Support recruitment and training; ensure team capability and discipline
● Inventory & Cost Management
○ Manage inventory and procurement; control material usage and costs
● Ticket & SLA Compliance
○ Ensure timely closure of service requests within defined TAT
● Data & Reporting
○ Maintain accurate records and prepare operational reports
Eligibility & Skills
● 4–7 years in housekeeping operations, with 1+ year in a supervisory role
● Strong understanding of housekeeping standards and audits
● Good team management and communication skills
● Experience in inventory management and cost control
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
