Role Summary
Lead the complete operations of the upcoming flagship food court, ensuring excellent customer service, smooth operations, high food quality, team performance and profitability.
Key Responsibilities Manage overall food court operations and daily business. Recruit, train and supervise the operations team. Achieve sales, profitability and customer satisfaction targets. Ensure food quality, hygiene and service standards are consistently maintained. Monitor inventory, procurement, food cost and wastage. Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly. Ensure compliance with FSSAI and company SOPs. Prepare daily and monthly business reports and drive continuous improvements. Candidate Profile
Graduate in Hotel Management, Hospitality or Business Administration. 7–10 years' experience in QSR, café, restaurant or food court operations.
