Opening For: Online Sales Executive

Skill & Experience:

Key Responsibilities

Actively sell tour packages and achieve assigned sales targets.
Attend and respond to passenger queries via calls, emails, chat, and online platforms.
Filter and manage customer data/leads received from various sources.
Provide information on destinations, itineraries, and tour packages.
Follow up with potential clients and maintain customer relationships.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth booking and service delivery.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Freshers are welcome to apply; candidates with minimum 1 year of experience in sales or travel sales preferred.
Good knowledge of destinations and tour packages (training will be provided).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English.
Willingness to work night shifts.
Basic computer and CRM knowledge.

Reporting To: Nihil Patel

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Working Hours: 9:00 PM to 5:00 AM
