Job Responsibilities:
Data entry and record management.
Preparation of tender documents and proposal submissions.
Organizing and maintaining office files, documents, and records.
Drafting letters, quotations, reports, and other official documents.
Assisting in online submissions, government portal work, and documentation.
Managing emails and correspondence.
Supporting project coordination and administrative activities.
Using AI tools such as ChatGPT and other productivity tools for documentation and content preparation.
Maintaining MIS reports and updating databases regularly.
Required Skills:
Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Fast and accurate typing skills.
Basic knowledge of tendering processes and documentation.
Familiarity with ChatGPT and other AI tools.
Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Bengali.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Educational Qualification:
Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
Freshers with good computer knowledge may also apply.
Preferred Experience:
1–3 years of experience in office administration, back-office operations, data entry, or documentation.
