TN Academy® Bahadurgarh is inviting applications for the position of Admission Counsellor & Front Office Executive.
We are looking for a professional, confident, responsible and customer-focused candidate who can manage student counselling, admissions, telecalling, front office operations and basic cash handling responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Student and parent counselling
- Admission enquiry handling
- Telecalling and follow-up with prospective students
- Front office and reception management
- Cash handling and fee collection
- Maintaining admission, enquiry and student records
- Providing accurate information about courses and programs
- Managing visitor interactions and office coordination
- Supporting daily administrative activities
Preferred Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Counselling or telecalling experience
- Admission handling experience
- Reception/front office experience
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Internet)
- Cash handling and record management skills
- Professional behaviour and customer service orientation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Eligibility:
- Graduate preferred
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply
- Experience in Education Counselling, Telecalling, Reception, Front Office, Customer Service or Admissions will be an advantage
- Candidates residing in Bahadurgarh or within approximately 15 km radius of Bahadurgarh will be preferred
- Applicants should be comfortable commuting to the institute for regular on-site work
