<<HIRING >> Role: Operation Manager (Multioutlet) Job Location : Hubli, Karnataka JD : *Multi-Outlet Operations* : Supervise daily operations across 3 cafe locations to maintain consistent quality, service, and brand standards. *Staff Management & Scheduling* : Recruit, train, and mentor cafe staff (baristas, service crew, and kitchen team).
