Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Store Manager to manage daily store operations, drive sales performance, handle customer relationships, and ensure smooth functioning of the store. The candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, managing store teams, and maintaining operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:Store Operations
- Manage day-to-day store activities and ensure smooth operations.
- Handle store opening and closing procedures.
- Maintain store standards, visual merchandising, and cleanliness.
- Ensure proper stock availability and inventory management.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for smooth operations.
Sales & Business Performance
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to increase revenue.
- Drive customer engagement and improve sales conversion.
- Prepare and maintain daily sales reports.
Team Management
- Lead, train, and motivate store employees.
- Allocate tasks and monitor team performance.
- Ensure employees follow company policies and customer service standards.
- Conduct regular team meetings and performance discussions.
Customer Relationship Management
- Provide excellent customer service and handle customer queries.
- Resolve customer complaints professionally.
- Build strong relationships with customers and encourage repeat business.
Reporting & Administration
- Maintain daily sales and operational reports.
- Track inventory movement and stock requirements.
- Ensure compliance with company processes and guidelines.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Graduate degree preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in retail/store management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good leadership and team-handling abilities.
- Strong sales and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to manage targets and store operations independently.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Experience in retail, lifestyle, fashion, furniture, or premium product stores.
- Target-oriented and customer-focused approach.
