FloatingChip Internet Technologies is looking for Online Sales Executive for inbound chat process 80% chat & 20% voice. This is not a call center job, rather an online service providing company in the field of Education.
The candidate must be between 18 years to 40 years.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Should have an excellent communication in English to interact with foreign clients.
- Need to have good typing speed of minimum 28 to 30 wpm.
- Need to work in a blended process where maximum responsibility revolves around chatting with foreign clients.
- Knows Microsoft word , excel, power point & Google Sheet.
- Comfortable with mention shift timings (10 PM- 7 AM, 7 AM- 4 PM & 1 PM- 10 PM).
- Candidates should be from Kolkata
Qualifications and Skills:
- The candidate must be a graduate, and preferably from Engineering, or BBA background or
MBA with good English Communication skills.
- Experience in International Voice process or chat process will be an added advantage.
