We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive with at least 2 years of experience to manage recruitment, employee relations, HR administration, and day-to-day HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Handle attendance, leave management, and employee databases.
- Support payroll coordination and HR compliance activities.
- Assist in employee engagement and performance management initiatives.
- Address employee queries and maintain positive workplace relations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
- Prepare HR reports and support management with HR-related tasks.
Requirements
- Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an HR Executive or similar HR role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of recruitment processes and HR best practices.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software/tools.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
